Training for a 10K

Yep, I am. Im not actually running a 10K, just training for one. We are doing 2 races in August..."Muddy Buddy" which is a 6k combo of running, biking, and obstacle course, and the "skirt chaser" which is a 5K where the women get a 3 minute lead. Should be fun. I found that The Best of Billy Joel is amazing to run too. Its because the music is so fun that the time flies by...which is great for me. I am only on week 3 of the training, and its 14 weeks total. Ironically, at the end of the training I will likely be in the best shape of my life, and then will try to get pregnant...and ruin it all! Ha!
